If you are worried about maintaining your workout habit, make a detailed plan first. This will allow you to think about what time of the day is best for your workouts and what exactly your workouts will entail. If you think you will get tired of doing the same thing all week, take time to schedule different workouts for different days. This is also a great idea to give specific muscles a rest while still working out rest. For example, Monday could be leg day, Wednesday abdominal day, and Friday upper body day. This will also help with any soreness you may be experiencing from your workouts.

Make sure you write down your plan somewhere. If you write it down, you are more likely to do it! If you are really worried about motivation, put reminders in your phone so you don't forget to work out.
