Protein bars:Protein bars are great because they are specifically designed to be high in protein. Finding the right protein bar is all about balance. The more sugar it has, the better it will taste. However, you don't want to have too much sugar and fat in it because then it is just junk food. Protein bars are perfect for those on the go.
