Blood pressure's how hard your blood pushes against the walls of your blood vessels. The harder they push, the higher your reading is going to be! You have 2 numbers in each reading. The top number is taken during a beat of your heart. The bottom one? When your heart is resting! These numbers are the systolic and diastolic numbers. If you're dealing with hypotension? You'll have a systolic of less than 90 and diastolic of less than 60. The full reading? 90/60! Ladies, you'll have blurry vision and feel dizzy if your pressure is low. Fainting, clammy skin, fatigue, and nausea are signs too!
